By using the Site or enrolling in any Codeskape course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our services.

3. Registration & Accounts

Some areas of the Site or some services may require registration. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, and to update that information as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Course Enrollment, Payment & Delivery

Course fees, schedules and delivery methods are described on the respective course pages. Payment is due as specified at checkout. Codeskape reserves the right to modify course content, instructors, schedules or delivery method, where necessary, and will notify enrolled students when significant changes occur.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund and cancellation policies vary by course. Unless otherwise specified at purchase, requests for refunds must be submitted to info@codeskape.com and will be processed in accordance with the policy stated on the course page. Codeskape may cancel a batch due to low enrollments or unforeseen circumstances; in such cases, enrolled students will be offered alternate dates or a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, course materials, code samples and videos — is owned or licensed by Codeskape and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for personal, non-commercial learning purposes only. You may not distribute, reproduce, modify or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site or attempt to gain unauthorized access to services, materials or systems. Prohibited conduct includes unlawful activities, harassing other users, posting harmful content, or interfering with the normal operation of the Site.

To the maximum extent permitted, Codeskape will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services.
